Is it Dynamo lighting compatible?
Yes, with internal routing in the top tube and in the seatstay area for either a low mounted light or for a high mounted light.
Can I change the offset on the fork?
Yes, but this bike utilises a 42mm offset - 44mm. Running a fork with more offset would be taking away from the our technology package and may not handle as well as it is designed to.
What travel can I have on this bike?
We've designed this bike with 100-130mm travel. If you want to run more travel than this then we would direct you to our RC529 which runs 140-150mm. Running anything outside of this may void your warranty.
Any questions just get in touch with us directly.
What is the warranty on the RC429?
5 year warranty on the frame and full manufacturers warranty on parts
What forks can I run?
The RC429 is designed to run a 100-130mm travel suspension fork or our long rigid carbon fork, RC33 - mimics 120mm travel in terms of axle to crown length.
Where are Pace frames made?
All Pace frames are designed, developed, engineered and tested entirely by us at our base in North Yorkshire, UK.Our founder - Adrian Carter - is the lead designer and engineer, and our frames are rigorously ride tested by everyone at Pace.
They are fully certified and lab tested in excess of the requirements of ISO4210 safety standards.
This frame is hand made in Europe by our specially selected framebuilder, chosen because of their vast experience with our favourite materials, and their top quality finish.
The frames are phosphate treated for corrosion protection and then painted to the highest quality including a protective clear coat, before extensive QC by the factory.
Once the frames reach us in the UK, we carry out further QC, and prep the frames for headset and bottom bracket installation.
As always, all complete bikes are built to order by us here in the North Yorkshire, to the exact spec of your choice. We build your bike for you.
