MATERIAL
Flagship Reynolds 853 top and seat tubes complement the EBike-specific Reydrive downtube, all double-butted for best-in-class weight-to-strength ratios. Pace crafts the integrated headtube, T47 bottom bracket, seat stays, and chain stays to the same exacting standards achieving full Reynolds Certification.
The unique dropout set is custom-designed by Pace: forged and CNC-machined steel mounts bolt to CNC-machined 6084 aluminum dropouts, housing the concealed drive unit power and speed sensor connections

Lightest premium eBike system on the market
With approximately 3kg total system weight, including the drive unit (1.39 kg) internal battery and head unit, the X20 System is the lightest premium eBike system available. MAHLE’s rear-hub system makes it possible to configure high performance eBikes at a low weight, ideal for the steepest and longest rides while ensuring high-performance motor assistance and a fully integrated look.
You set the limits
Full system integration and light X20 drive unit makes the X20 System go completely unnoticed until you feel the natural 65 Nm of torque*. 250 Wh internal battery which can be complemented with a 180 Wh External Battery eX1, delivering up to 100 km of real World range.

The compact Head Unit combines Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity with a brightness sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer, bringing essential ride data into a single display.

DESIGN DETAILS
NATURAL FEELING POWER
We purposely chose the sophisticated Mahle X20 system over mid-motor designs for this project because it liberates you to spin fast & free, whereas mid-motors only deliver power according to your cadence. The X20 is also the worlds lightest EBike system @ 3Kilo, adds only 950g approx. to rear wheel weight & has the lowest noise level of 39Dbl,. The riding experience is natural with rider dominant control rather than the overwhelming weight & power of most mid-motors. Battery is removable and the system has a full UK Service Centre Network
LOOKS LIKE A BIKE - RIDES LIKE A BIKE
The integration of the whole system is so subtle the design has a normal double diamond hardtail aesthetic- likewise the bike is light, agile, comfortable & easily lifted and manoeuvred. Most importantly the system allows you to pedal normally beyond the Speed Limiter cut-off or even with the support turned off
PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY
Riding offroad requires the right numbers & pure gravel geometry just doesn’t cut it so we blend subtly modified MTB geo’ into our short travel design to give confidence offroad and comfort onroad
