DELIVERY TIMES

We usually dispatch in stock small items within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) via Evri. Where we obtain products to order for you, then this can take from 3-7 days. We will notify you if there are going to be significant delays so that you can change or cancel your order if necessary.

Framesets are 1-2 days from date of order (if in stock) via Parcelforce.

Complete bikes and rolling chassis builds are made to order so there is a minimum 1 week via Parcelforce. 

Customers outside of UK:

Customers should receive their orders within one week of dispatch, delivered via Evri. This allows us to get customs clearance before we ship. Taxes and duties still liable to the customer. 

Customers outside of UK should receive their orders within two weeks of dispatch but this will depend on local customs authorities.

The shipping courier will be intouch for any duty/customs due.

All orders are insured against damage in transit. All orders will be safely shipped in a tough recycled cardboard bike box.

If your frame box arrives damaged, report it damaged to the delivery driver, photograph all damage to products and packaging and contact us straight away.

A tracking number will be supplied by email when your frame/bike leaves Pace.
