Cycling to work will save you money, improve your health and reduce your carbon footprint, meaning that your lifestyle change will positively affect you and the environment. Additionally, using a cycle to work scheme voucher is a great way to spread the cost of a bike and make an additional saving.

We’re signed up to a number of Cycle to Work schemes so if you’re looking to purchase your bike through any of the schemes below, here’s how to do it…

- Add the your order to your cart (as normal)
- In the customer notes section tell us you plan to use a C2W voucher.
- Select bank transfer for checkout and this will generate your order number and invoice: you can use this to generate a quote for your employer/scheme.
- Your order status will be “on hold” and the products reserved for you.
- When you receive your approval, voucher and PIN (depending on the the C2W scheme), send us the information and we’ll complete your order.

Please note, by clicking on bank transaction this will not take any money out of your bank.

At Pace we're happy to accept vouchers from the providers below but we do add a surcharge onto orders being paid for in this way. Many customers are unaware that when a bike company or shop processes a voucher they are charged a fee by the voucher provider. Being a small company we're unable to absorb this cost.
We think the fairest solution is to split this charge evenly with the customer. The charges for each voucher provider are listed below

-.Green Commute Initiative (GCI) charge us 6%, so the surcharge is 3%.
- Cyclescheme charge us 10%, so the surcharge is 5%.
- Cycle2Work charge us 15%, so the surcharge is 7.5%.
- Cycle Solutions charge us 12%, so the surcharge is 6%.
- Bike 2 Work charge us 10%, so the surcharge is 5%.

The surcharge applies to the value of the voucher, not the total cost of the order.

FAQs

Can I top up my voucher?

Yes, we have no issues with you making additional payments on your order. Some employers and voucher providers do not allow this, so you will also need to check if this is allowed with them.

How much money will I save?

This is dependent on how much tax you pay and the voucher provider your employer uses. This a question you will need to ask the voucher provider.

Can the voucher be refunded?

No it is not possible to refund a voucher. You will need to be certain about your purchase when paying with a voucher.

I already have my voucher, can it be used as a deposit?

No, all deposits must be a payment made on card or bank transfer.I am a repeat customer.

Can I get a discount and pay with a voucher?
